Commemorate an Event

Is there a special event coming up in your life? An upcoming b'nai mitzvah, anniversary, yartzeit, or other life cycle event? Commemmorate the occasion by making a donation to Beit Ahavah. Donations can be made in honor of, or in memory of, important people or events in your life. Buy your groceries with Scrip to support Beit Ahavah

Stop & Shop Scrip is the easiest way to help Beit Ahavah. Purchase "scrip" for purchases at Stop & Shop, and Beit Ahavah earns $5 of every $100 of scrip you buy. Cards come in $100 and $200 denominations.

Buy gift cards for birthdays, anniversaries, holidays and help Beit Ahavah in the process. One member had the idea of buying gift cards to give to the homeless during the winter months. Most of our members use scrip for weekly trips to the supermarket, and the more scrip bought, the more Beit Ahavah benefits.

Stop & Shop Scrip for the new year will available from the Beit Ahavah office during office hours or by appointment. You can also purchase Scrip during Religious School hours on Sundays and Thursdays, and at most weekday events and programs. This program is an easy way to raise money for Beit Ahavah at no cost to you. Don't buy your groceries without scrip!

Celebrate your special occasion by hosting an Oneg Shabbat. If you would like to sponsor an Oneg contact the office (info@beitahavah.org) for more details.

Participate!

First and foremost, Beit Ahavah is a community. One of the best forms of support is to simply be a part of it. Come to services, bring the little ones to a Tot Shabbat, bring the whole family to special events, join a discussion, be part of a group, introduce yourself to unfamiliar faces, invite somone over for a Shabbat potluck or a Havdalah sing-along, see how many generations you can get at one table. Weave Beit Ahavah into the fabric of your life and discover how supporting Beit Ahavah helps support you and your family.
